Ok this is my setup I have a .57 trim but I just wanted to hear some opinions on what turbo would be best for my hp goal and dd safely ( I was thinking a gt30 maybe)... Thanks

i would say just stick with the 57 trim. should easily be able to meet your goal.

 

on how many lbs? and when would it start spooling?

 

you mean, when will it get to maximum pressure. "Spool" is simply the moment of inertia of rotation. that could easily be 1800rpms. For the rest of your question, more than likely about 9psi can be reached by about 3800rpms. for a single cam it can work just fine.
