Ignition Base timing with cam gears
Hallo,
i've a small question. Then turning the intake cam with cam gears, you are not able to dial in the base timing (15-16°) with the distributor any more when going above +/- 4°CRK on the cam gear.
When then turning the cam gear for example to 6°CRK the base timing is far more off then additional 2°CRK - why is this like that?
and how do you tune the ignition base timing back to normal?
Best regards
