Default LS VTEC Help! desperatley needed

I have a friend who is trying to steup his ls vtec oil line. The fitting to the block is connected and he used a hole that was up top to feed the oil into the head. He unscrewed a screw and was used as a plug apparently and connected the oil line to it. Now his problem is that it's leaking from the block. He used teflon tape and it's tightened a lot. Now the thought is that i may be causing back pressure causing it to leak from the block. ANY HELP would be appreciated. He's trying to get this car on the road today lmk guys, and thanks a lot

Cracked the threaded part on the block using an NPT plug, when he should of used a BSPT plug and now its leaking as a result.... thats my guess
