Default No Throttle

I need some help. I just bought a ex with a b16a2 swap. I was driving on the high way going about 60 in 5th gear. Then I had no throttle pedal, it was not responding. I had down shifted to 4 then 3 then 2 and it started to work again. It happened twice. Im not sure what caused the problem, any one experiance somthing like this before or know how to fix it.

You can get the codes without a scanner if you want, but I guess if you have access to one its easier. The intake air temp is one I haven't seen posted in quite some time. Do you have a spot on your intake piping for the sensor?

I do and their is a sensor in it. Im thinking that the harness is not for a b16. B/c their is a lot of connectors just hanging.

I was checking the codes, and it wasnt reading the ecu. i looked at the ecu and found that one of the connectors wasnt pluged in. I tried plug it in and it was a different connector. My guess is its the wrong harness. That would explain a lot.
