Default Little advise please..Oil on 1 sparkplug!!

ok i have a turbo lsvtec and trying to figure out what is causing the fouling on 1 spark plug on cylinder #2..when i took out all plugs that was the only one with burnt oil..idk if this helps but i also have a oil sitting between the exhaust ports of cylinder #4 and #3..i dont think its the valve cover gasket thats leaking the oil down to the manifold..and when i turn on the car in the mornings it smokes alot of white and seems like its burning up the oil..BUT it goes away after driving for about 3 to 5 minutes and no white smoke anymore til next morning when car sits. can anyone point me to the right direction so i would know wether or not to send the head to the machine shop.also, this happened after i tuned the car on a dyno.

thanks

are you sure that it is oil, do a compression test and leak down. I'm just throwin this out there it could be bad injector and the plug is fouling from running rich, are you consuming oil. You don't want to just open up your engine if your not sure about that
