Getting frusterated!!!
So I got my new turbo on, redid the cam timing because I had the head off and added a catch can. I have my catch can ran from the stock box that the pcv valve plugged up to then for a vac source I tapped into the intake. The car wont run with the vac line plugged up to the intake. As soon as I unplug it it runs. Also I am getting quite a bit of blowby out of the valvecover and out of the hose that goes to the stock pcv box. I deleted the stock pcv valve in my setup. Do I really have to have a pcv valve in line with the intake and catchcan or not? Thanks
i had this problem when i first set up my turbo. except i was getting alot of smoke from the turbo. it was cause i hooked up the catch can wrong. and if i remember right i did it like you. i ended up just running a hose from my valve cover to the catch can. and left the pcv like stock.
