worked fine until i heard a crack movin the lights switch back looking for the high beams now i cant get the head lights to turn off ,having to disconect the battery evertime i park it
what can i do with out replaceing light switch

Did he seriously make a poll about this???
My vote fix it.
But since that obviously is tooo much work, Id leave the lights on. That will kill your battery and then youll have to fix that too.

Keep doing what you're doing, or pull all of the light fuses every time you park the car. That's about it. Apparently you enjoy making your life more difficult and half-assing things.

Just replace the damned switch, a used one is impossibly cheap and installation is painfully easy. I've replaced one in less than 5 minutes from start to finish, using a grand total of 3 tools.

I'd suggest taking this suggestion in stride, but being sure to smash out your rear tailights too. Can't be too safe.

I leave my headlights on..I just take out my battery cutoff switch. And my headlight switch works fine.

For right now you could take the fuse out of the headlight circut. Then get it fixed.

just leave the headlights on all the time

park the car on a hill and pop the clutch.

sell the battery too. no need for it just extra weight
