Need more info? Any Check engine lights? Kinda sounds like a fuel pump to me. Your getting spark evidently, so how long afterwards can you drive it or is it a crank right back up thing.

yeah when its died the first time the code came up was too rich on fuel.(p0172) but, i took care of that, then its was running fine tell i was driving for around 20 mins around the block then its start bugging out again and it died. but few hours later start back up. a friend of mine came over so we can take a look at it he was telling me that it happend to him too it was his distributor so, now trying to findout where can i check my coil that might be the problem. i have a fully built head and i dont think my stock B16 distributor can poduce enough spark. he suggested to get a GSR distributor...

ill update you guys soon, hope i get my baby running soon....

yo man, take the dizzy cap off and clean the **** out of it. make sure your rotor looks nice and clean with a good connector and the 4 prongs inside the cap are nice and clean, file them down or something to make a cleaner connection. retard your timing a tiny bit(like 2mm) and reset your ecu.
thats all i did and it went away

What I would do if it was me I would make sure you have good plugs and wires. my recommendation would be ngk oem spec plugs and ngk blue wires and I would also replace the distributor cap, rotor button, and the coil in the distributor. just my .02 hope it helps sir.

Firstly, it is really hard to diagnose a problem with such a vague description. Is the car throwing any codes? Are you getting both fuel and spark immediately after the problem occurs? Also, what car is this, did you do the wiring etc. etc.?
You could try switching out your distributer for a known working one (to see if there is a defect with your current one), but this: "i have a fully built head and i dont think my stock B16 distributor can poduce enough spark. he suggested to get a GSR distributor..." is not only wrong, but it is ridiculous.
