my b16 wont start

my car sat for like 1 year and now has a new motor in it but it doesn't fire up what can i look for? it doesn't throw any codes ether

you could try and start it on wot, then pull a spark plug and see if it smells like fuel

i just tried that and the spark plugs dont stink at all. what now
