i run same turbo except garrett version on my d16, love it wouldnt go any other turbo if i was shooting between 250-350ish.

spools up pretty quick and holds boost right into the 7k's+ no prob.

thats just my opinion though

Tell us your goals, needs from the turbo, and characteristics you desire. Also, what do you plan to use the car for?

Hi mate

Street and strip, not a DD. Just for weekend fun. Spec is listed on 1st post. Ideally id like about 300whp But i doubt much more. Spool about 3500-4000rpm and power up to 8000 rpm. Cheers Marc

id suggest a garrett t3/t04e 50 trim 63 a/r if your not going over 300... mine loses power at about 7500rpm but like i said its a d series.

you can get the journal bearing ones for like 600'ish rogue works was selling them for 575 last summer but i cant seem to find them anymore in the market place?? out of business maybe?

A 50 trim would be a good suggestion. There are several turbos that could meet your goals if you look around. I'm not sure if it was you or not (OP) but didn't you already have a thread like this??

Here's a list of things to look at:
-50 trim
-57 trim
-GT3255b (PM TheShodan about this one)

Its a good size for 300ish whp, but if thats your power goals, why do you have a built engine?

Hence why iv gotta wait t save £400 GBP (THATS THE DIFFERENCE)!! So i thawt while im waiting il probe you lot for info, LOL. AS the the question about why iv built the motor, i figured id do that just in case i need more power. TBH i think il KEFF my pants at 250whp but il have to see. Cheers Marc
