girlfreind wants a motor with a little more go but wants to stay auto, anything i need to know about putting in an automatic ls tranny? shift cables compatible? obd2 issues?

It pretty much doesn't work for numerous reasons.

-you need to notch the frame rail to get the automatic transmission case to fit
-you will need to fabricate your own mounts as there are none that work
-integras use a seperate computer to control the shift points, civics don't (the integra TCM is around 40 wires btw)
