My vote is against them. Poor quality for one. Being used, it's probably going to go out soon. That said, they're dirt cheap on eBay.

OP, save up for a good turbo kit. It's less hassle in the end. Hell, just wait until Christmas. Everybody's going to be having a sale of some sort.
