your manifold is what you need to worry about when it comes running a/c.

for example, i have a custom td autowerkes a/c compatible ramhorn manifold:

sorry for the large pic but it's all i have. also, the hose looks closer than it really is.

Would a inline pro manifold work?

it is possible, just not easy. I did it with a revhard cast manifold, garrett t3/t4 and a 3 inch downpipe. Compressor was on the passenger side. had to shave the block webbing to get it all to fit, but it works. car still has working A/C, although the dp cooks the compressor if you sit traffic to long when its hot

oh yeah car is an 00 GSR with a B18C

edit: will try to find pics later

No, it would not. It has to be a 5-bolt.

Unless you get the INLINE PRO 4 bolt variant.

To the OP, if you want to keep your AC you need to focus on the manifold first. Full-Race and Neukin make AC compatible manifolds as well as a few others. As for turbos, the largest you will be able to run to my knowledge is a GT3582R

i think the OP needs to reword the question. he wants to know...

can a 4-bolt turbo work with a log mani in A/C configuration.

basically no unless you use the inlinepro 4-bolt mani
