ok my prblem im swapping in a df16z6 into a d15z1 civic vx and the vx has the egr and shi, m d16z6 doesnt have that , what do i do with the plug and air hose ??

just use the z6 engine harness and its 100% plug n play...
the VX should have a 5 wire O2 sensor as well, meaning you'll have to rewire that for the Z6, or like stated earlier just use the Z6 harness...

i wish i would have done it when i put the d16z6 in my cx hatch.

Edit i'm still not positive I understand what you're trying to say. But don't use the EGR valve and just let the plug hang in the engine bay.
As for the O2 sensor wiring see the picture below.

. Like he said since its a z6 motor you dont need that plug as it wouldnt do anything since the z6 has no egr. of course you need the p28 ecu. otherwise the vx ecu is going to be looking for it and eventually start throwing the egr code. Follow that pic for a functional o2 as well

I'd also be interested in your P07 ECU and VX O2 as well...

If you use the P28 then the O2 must be wired to for 4wire and the computer won't even look for the EGR (so it won't matter that it's not plugged in). If you are going to TRY to use the vx ecu (PO7?) then you will have other issues getting it to run right.
