i have a 95 civic dx with h22 swap using dx harness ive don all the wiring stretched all the wires and it ran just wouldnt drive good kept sputtering till i got on it. then i got 02 sensor and ran the vtec wires to the ecu and now it starts then dies and idles jumpy im also running a p28 ecu and i dont hav the plug to check the check engine light its jus not there i looked everywhere and cant find it the only things i dont hav hooked up are egr,knock sensor and secondary butterflies someone help

for one why would you think a obd1 1.6 vtec ecu would run a 2.2l dohc correctly

 

anyone else wanna help me that knows what there talking about? p28 ecu is better cuz u dont need egr or the butterfly crap

make sure you have good ground wire connections. my h22 eg had loose ground wire @ the thermostat housing and did some crazy idle and die stuff to. just an idea.

 

yah ill run through the grounds again an by the way to the smart guy about the p28 it is chipped you f*****G retard and even if it wasnt it still run it jus run lean if u drove normal it would be fine do some swaps first then open your mouth
