having problems at 3000 rpms

Car spits and sputers at 3000 rpms and higher 94 prelude with f22a1 cant figure out what is causing this

Just a few suggestions

-check ignition components
-check battery connections and grounds
-check MAP sensor vacuum line and electrical connections

we have replaced map sensor checked all vacum for leaks no leaks check all ignition now we do have a ground that is fryed a little but all are tight.\

change the ground that's burned up. Its probably not even working as a ground
