What is the recommended weight for a flywheel on a turbo car running 10psi?

 

Depends how well you want it to drive, Stay with stock when in doubt.

 

Without knowing the specifics of your setup, 10 PSI means nothing.

Larger turbo = Higher CFM = higher power on the same boost level as a smaller turbo.

As for the flywheel, don't base your decision on the fact that your motor is boosted. A lighter flywheel lets your engine rev up slightly faster, but also causes it to rev down much quicker than normal. Stock is perfect for a daily driver, but a light flywheel can also be tolerable in a DD after you get used to it.
