Without knowing the specifics of your setup, 10 PSI means nothing.
Larger turbo = Higher CFM = higher power on the same boost level as a smaller turbo.
As for the flywheel, don't base your decision on the fact that your motor is boosted. A lighter flywheel lets your engine rev up slightly faster, but also causes it to rev down much quicker than normal. Stock is perfect for a daily driver, but a light flywheel can also be tolerable in a DD after you get used to it.
