Engine Buildup Question.
This isn't R related....but there are some more technically inclined people in this forum so I thought I would give it a shot.
I have a Integra LS, the block has @130,000 miles on it. I have JE pistons (standard bore) and eagle rods that i am going to have installed.
My question is should my block be ok for the pistons, or should I either find a low mileage LS block or have the sleeves redone.
If you guys recommend having the sleeves redone, what would the parts cost and how difficult is it to do?

all depends on how well the cylinder walls hone out- if they are very scored then you need to either bore it out and get oversized piston/rings, re sleeve it (call your local machine shop for costs- I have seen it vary ALOT, so call around), or simply get a block with less wear (not just less milage, less WEAR)
