Default Building a "B" series block and have some questions....

I am going to be building a B16A2 block. Would it make sense to spend the money to get Eagle rods over factory rods, or which should I do? They are close in price, Eagle rods are $365, and the CTR rods from http://www.spwusa.com is $389. I am planning on going the N/A route. TIA

For that price, I would do the Eagle rods. I actually sold my stock ITR rods so I could get Eagle in my new motor...

if yer going n/a, you can just get arp rod bolts. thats a weak point in the rotating assembly and for the $40 and change u cant beat it. then just have everything balanced (crank, rods, pistons, flywheel, crank pulley, etc).

It might be me but I was under the Impression that the CTR Rod that came in the B16B was longer than the B16A rod..... . . .... . You know since the B16B Block is Based off of a B18c anyways. . Just stick with the Egale rods .. You'll be happy
