Ugh...After everytime I drive my car I become nausiated by the horrible smell coming from my Deltagate external wastegate. Is there anyway to get rid of that smell? I have a DRAG III with the T3/T04E upgraded ball bearing turbo. Can I use another type of wastegate that doesn't make me sick everytime I hit the throttle?

you need what's called a "Dumptube"

 

Haha funny stuff. You need to have piping installed to route your wastegate dumptube back into your exhaust.

 

it isn't a burning clutch smell, is it?

 

What part of the exhaust should I route the dumptube to?

 

just back into the exhaust somewhere, downpipe, or back further.

damn...hahhhaahahah...i have the same problem. but it doesn't smell like ****. hahahahaha!! time to get a dump tube made!

 

Have it reenter the downpipe at least 18'' away from the turbo at at most a 45 degree angle. Shouldnt affect performance too much that way.
