Bad shakes on partial throttle - I think it's actually suspension

Picked up a neglected little GEM. (91 CRX HF with 109k)
Driver side tie-rod end was so bad it would feel like the wheel was coming off (violent shake) at 31mph or higher. Of course it didn't do this when I test drove the car, or took it home on the highway at 55+. Weird.
Anyway, replaced, and it's much better, no problems. However, now at other speeds, when under partial throttle, I feel some weird shaking/jerking from the passenger side - but only under PARTIAL throttle. When I give it about 50%+ throttle, no shake. So I am either coasting in neutral, or accelerating, I cannot just give it low gas and cruise.
I have no investigated the tie rod end on the passenger side, but will shortly.
Thoughts?
I had seafoamed this car, which cured my EGR CEL, but now it's low on coolant and needs an oil change, I hope it didn't open anything in the Headgasket... but it was probably low on coolant to begin with.

best thing to do is just get out there and check out your suspension.
take a good look at your tires
check out the tie rods, jack up one side of the car and move the wheel side to side
wheel bearings- jack the car up and grab the wheel, pull the top of the tire toward u then the bottom back and forth, feel for free play
ball joints - jack up the car so the tire is about 2 inches off the ground, have a friend slide a long pry bar under the tire and pull up, mean while look at the ball joints with a flash light.
spring/struts - look for cracked springs
radius rod bushings - in the front crossmember look at the busings

I have it on bald snow tires (I have brand new nice Yokohamas to go on for inspection) for testing purposes... yeah, I'll have to put her up and pry. That's how I found the front left tie rod, but that was a 12 and 6 o'clock push and pull, the tie rod was soooo bad... there was nothing left. poor car. I plan on replacing passenger side just to keep things 'even'
get good rubber on this thing and have all the wheels balanced. Not only are bald tires dangerous but they also contribute to poor fuel economy and could very well be the source of your vibration.

I want it to pass inspection though, too.
No more CELs help though
Oil pan leaks though, and is damaged. Anyone sell those? =\
$71.99 on rock auto for the nicer one... worth it?

That's not a terrible theory Tyson...
Could I test this with a bounce test (press down on fender three or 4 times, get momentum, then stop, and make sure it doesn't bounce more than 3 times to settle)?

I was thinking motor mounts but idle is nice...
I will post what I find for sure, this isn't a useless 'what if' thread.

so unstable at cruising but decent/good on acceleration or coasting??
Good thing I bought two new ones... just need a spring compressor.

Had the sa,e problem upon acceleration come to find out neither of the axels had balancers on them. I would check that also

Not used to that one. How do I check that? What am I looking for?

How are you 100% certain about this? that is ridiculous

He sells shocks, that's all.
*jk*. Couldn't I push test the shock though? I have new ones to go on anyway, so I would hope that's it.

Just look on your axel and there should be a rubber balancer on each axel if not try to get new ones like I said I had this same prolbem when I bought my car I replaced the axels and all is well now

I properly inflated the tires (still bad though)
But it really seems to do it primarily in 4th gear...
Again, this is only on partial throttle, at medium to full, or coasting, it rides smooth.
I would almost think motor mounts... ? But it idles fine.
I almost have most of the sea-foam out of it...
