When im driving lower rpm's it aint as bad but whenever its in high rpm's the transmission does not like to shift into gear, when upshifting i hit the clutch and when i go to put it in gear i have to hold it until the rpms drop then it go's in, when downshifting i have to push it in and rev it until it matches then go's into gear. any suggestions on what the problem could be? thank you for any help

 

you forgot to tell us how many miles on the transmission and clutch. could be the clutch not releasing all the way, or if the clutch is ok its probably worn out trans parts

 

133k but it was owned by old people so it wasnt beat on i had a tech drive it he said that it could be the clutch not releasing as well i figured that id ask on here for some extra suggestions
