Default Help me with this problem

I was going about 80mph on the highway on 3rd gear, and I was on the phone so I accidently put the gear in 2nd instead of 4th, Suddenly my shifting became hard to put into gear, I have to jam it to get to any gear, and about 30 minute later my car REV hard and start to slow down while my foot is on the gas, and it wouldn't go. I put the car in 1st and rev it as far to 7rpm and it wouldn't move, If anyone know this problem and have had it before please give me some information.

If my clutch was roasted wouldn't it give me a sign, telling me i need a new clutch? or does the clutch run out that quick. BTW when its on my drive way I rev it up slowly it start to move but really slow like 3mph

If you rev the car to 7k just to get it moving forward... id say thats all the sign you should need.

Make sure to have the fly wheel reground before you put it back together
