Default need input

So coming home the other day my clutch sank to the floor etc, managed to get it to krogers. Noticed fluid coming from my slave cylinder it looked like. So today a friend helped me and swapped my old slave cylinder from other hatch onto my car. When we were bleeding the system clutch pedal never got any feel back into and never could get it to bleed without air coming out. We seriously bleed it over and over never could get all the air it seems. What would cause that and y cant we get the air out? Any suggestions on what could be wrong or something we miss? Im clueless and i need to get it fixed tomorrow cuz its stranded there. Any input or help would be appreciated

You have a loose line at the master? Make sure all your lines are tight. Make sure you don't have a leak around your master cylinder.

You should check that the clutch fork is in one piece still, if it breaks it will hyperextend the slave (causing it to blow apart and leak) and if it's not actually working the clutch there would be no feel in the pedal.
