Assistance Needed: Clutch Pedal not engaging
I recently bought a 1998 civic 5 speed my clutch pedal got stuck down and never came back up so I did some research and everywhere I found said it was clutch master cylinder and slave cylinder so I replaced both and my pedal still is stuck to the floor pressure is not building to the pedal can someone plz help me resolve this issue !!! Please and thank you

if the pedal stays down, it means there's air in the system, or a leak, or both. you should only be replacing parts if they are faulty. if the master or slave did not leak, you did not need to replace them. now that you did though, you just need to bleed the system of all air.
I'm guessing you didn't bench bleed the master before installing it, so that's going to make bleeding the system a huge pita. might need to remove it again and bench bleed it, then reinstall.
