I have a 99 GSR. It sounds like Vtec engages at 4500 rpm...but it really struggles through the rpms till 6000 rpm when it starts running strong till redline. Please help. I am currently out of town and left the car with a friend of mine who has done a tune up (spark plugs, wires, oil).
