Default revving problem

The problem is no matter which gear im in the vtec only seems to come on a about 6000 rpm which isnt right of coarse and the rev-limit is about 6800 rpm which isnt right. Do you guys think its fuel spark or vtec causing it. Thanks for the help.

Any CELS?

You know vtec is actually coming on though for sure? I wouldn't be suprised if vtec isn't working and all your hearing is the IABs
