Default Fog Lamp Install ?

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors....m245

My friend recently purchased these foglamps. We attempted an install yesterday. Fitment was a pain, but they are on and look good. Problem is, we wired them exactly as the schematic provided displays. We get no power to the switch or lights. We moved both the ground to the switch and to the driver side light. Still got nothing. Was curious if anyone else has used these or similair aftermarket foglamps and can give us some advice ???

does the switch get power? most likely is either not getting a good ground or the fuse..

no power anywhere, came with brand new fuse, we checked and it is brand new. we tried grounding three different places with both grounds. There are three wires that come out of the switch, one for ground, one negative with amp, and a positive with female adapter. The schematics show no male or positive going into the positive/female coming out of the switch. This makes no sense... ?!? ...why I am on here lol

Did you run the cable to the battery?

I have the same fogs, I just installed them a couple of days ago. Make sure you have both grounds, the cable to the battery, and the cable that plugs into the fuse box. Also check the fuses.

I just posted this exact same question earlier today, had the same problem. Refer to my thread (last post) as I told what [I][/]my problem was...

https://honda-tech.com/zerothread/2380398

Ohh yeah, since you wired one wire (mine was black, with an in-line fuse) to the battery, MAKE SURE the other wire (mine was blue, NOT the blue one that connects behind the fuse box, should be the only other wire left) goes to your fuse box plug that comes on when your park lights turns on! Other than that, check grounds and mainly PLUG connectivity!

I know it sounds weird to have TWO sources of power, but it just does...

Here is another link that helped me in figuring out where everything goes and how its wired, its not Honda, but it wires the same.
