i have an 2.0 ls vtec set up and just put in a new gt3082r ballbearing turbo and ran the coolant lines. ran them the same way my friend ran his with no problems by "t"ing off the heater line hoses and adding my lines there.....yeah great until the coolant isnt staying in the lines and just steaming out as if the brass is melting or just not holding the coolant. i need them run different i think please help!!

I was thinking about what you had said. I think its steaming because the water isn't moving threw the lines at all.
There should be heating lines available that are setup to warm the throttle body. You could probably use those instead.

I believe whatever size line you have to use will be big enough. You'd have to do a lot of work to fit that turbo with a line that I would consider too small. There are people out there that will tell you that you don't have to water cool that turbo anyways. I personally like the idea of keeping her nice and cool though.
