Default Motor noise no clue what it is.

I posted this up in F/I but i figured all motor guys might know this sound better.

I have already redid my valve lashes

I cranked it over with no ECU for over 10 times and there is no sound

No CELS

checked if i left anything in the valve cover

Bottom end is BRAND NEW 0 miles built by a very reputable builder

When i pulled the head off 3 months ago i pulled it running 100%

Timing on crank/cam is right on point

at this point i am completely baffled motor starts up basicly right away

y8 head:
crane turbo cam
crane springs/retainers
oem valve 3 angle valve job
crane cam

y7 block
aebs sleeved
cp 9.1 piston
eagle rods
crank micro polished/balanced
acl bearings

push them and if they stick on the rebound their bad. what i meant is on some D cams ive seen the vtec lobe is to big and hits the galley it runs in, ive had to grind some out of heads to get some cams to work.
