Default i need help on b16 turbo setup please, thankyou!

alright, well i have a 93 delsol si b16a sirII swap and doing a turbo build.

i need to hit the track this year before i do a teardown and new setup.

1. i wanna know how far i can push the stock 240cc injectors?(for now cause no money) looking to get it tuned on 10psi for track and drop to 6 on street.

2. and will the setup make more than 243ftlbs because i want to get the ACT HDSS, which is rated to 243lbs, for drivability reasons.

will the HDSS be enough?

it dyno'd with intake and 2.5" exhaust and the rest completely stock with 157.9whp and like 109ftlbs with slipping clutch, so it seems healthy

my setup:

stock b16a
walbro 255 pump
aem fpr
P28 chipped on crome
ARP head studs
custom shorty log mani
garrett T3/T04e turbo .50ar cold/.63ar hot
deltagate 38mm wastegate
FMIC
2.5 full exhaust
2.5 downpipe
drag radials

any suggestions?

theres now way u will hit 243 foot pounds on 240 cc's. im have a em1 built b16a2 im pushing 14 pounds of boost im only hitting 220 whp and 200 tq with 310 cc injectors and thats with them maxed out and tuned with neptune. i actually had to changed the the rev limiter to 7500 until i get my dsm 450's and get retuned cause after 7500 hundered the injectors cant keep up and it leans out bad.

the stock injectors will max out at around 200-220hp,you just get a set of dsm injectors they really cheap on ebay,as far as the clutch goes i would aim alittle higher if your wanting to make more power than the clutch that you mentioned can handle especially if your going to be taking the car to the track and beating on it

made it to there and spit out my milk on the srcreen.

havd fun running 10 psi on any turbo with stock injectors CORRECTLY.

since you plan on using crome, thats a good thing, as said above, go with the 450 dsm's.

Is it just me or do 2000siturboR's numbers seem kinda low? Only 220whp on a built B16 with 14psi?

yea i know 220 whp is very low for 14 pounds but im just running shitty greddy kit everything sucks on it after u crank boost up on it. the only thing built in my car tho is rods and pistons no cams or anything yet. just built bottom end. and my injectors suck to 310s dont cut it. not to mention the dsm 18g turbo is weak. boost drops from 14 to 10 at like 7000 to fuel cut off
