Default Running Rich Need Help

Ok everybody, i could really use some help on this, my car is 100% stock, i did replace all my exhaust valves about 1 year ago and every since then my car has been running rich, it throws a code all the time. I'm a mechanic, we specialize in acura's and honda's to be exact. And i can not figure this out. any suggestions would be helpful. i have changed the spark plugs, checked the timing, adjusted the valves several times, cleaned the throttle body......... i was wondering if, when i shaved the head, it changed the compression or something just a little?? ........ and maybed i could resolve the issue with something that controls air and fuel?? any suggestions?

Hmmm, like cam gears, an adjustable FPR or something like a VAFC?

What's the code say, running rich?
Or was evident from the fuel smell or darkened rear bumper around the exhaust tip?

Its sad when I end up giving "tech" advice around here! hehe

the o2 sensor is working, and i am an apprentice mechanic, the owner and my boss was a honda mechanic for 10 years. .................. I have an aem FPR but it is not on the car right now.

not sure the exact code, will get it later though, ................... it has 2 codes, fuel trim malfunction, and sustem too rich
and when we shaved the head, it was minimal, just to get a nice smooth surface.
thanx for any and all help.
