Default Lug nuts tight, wheel loose?

everytime i let off the clutch i can hear a klunk,or when i brake hard or shift.
not the cv kind of klunk, nothing while turning so i rulled out the axel.
So i jack the car up, notice the tierod end boot is ripped to ****, but not the axle.
So i grabbed the driverside wheel and i seem to wiggle it a little,(same noise while all above stuff happens) passenger side seems nice and tight no wiggle, just the drivers, so i'm leaning towards the wheel bearing, but before i go and replace it, could possibly the tierod end be the prob?since i noticed the boot was all ripped to ****? i don't thing that would make the wheel wiggle a little when i pull on it, just wanna make sure.

Found the problem, upper ball joint, when push down on the upper control arm i hear a clunk, plus it seems loose.
Now replacement balljoints are insane prices, does anybody know of a cheap place to pic one up at?, possibly get a universal one?
autozone dosne't list just the ball joint, i heard napa has universal ones that will work ,anybody?
I'm not about to buy the complete upper control arm.

If you really think that is the issue.. you can buy just the balljoint from acura.. or where ever..

but i wouldn't recommend you beating it out.. Take the upper control arm off and take is to a shop and have them press it.. or press it yourself if you have access..

Acura doesn't sell upper balljoints, just lower. You have to buy the whole upper control arm from them.

Your right..

http://www.acuraoemparts.com/d...ch=no

That sucks.

To the OP.. Call up the local parts stores.. or just buy the whole upper control arm.. Now would be a good time to get a good omnipower or skunk 2 front camber kit
