Default dart build questions

i got a dart b18 with a eagle ls crank, grp rods, ross 84.5 low comp pistons.. the block is at stock bore 81-81.5 wichever it is and i am wondering if i need to resleeve or just bore it out to fit the 84.5s because the stock dart sleeves are already so thin..

Did you buy the block used or did you get it new. If you got it new then I would see if you can return it for the DART block that is 84.5mm bore. If not then take it to a machine shop and have them look to see if they can bore it out to 84.5mm.

i bought it used around a year ago and ive measured it and its 81.5 . ive put the tape measure on the top of the cylinder and it looks like 84.5 would leave the sleeves just paper thin so im guessing that i will also need new sleeves now. i just wasnt sure..
