Default CEL 11? Help

A buddys car had his check engine light on, so we did the paper clip method to check it, it had one long flash, and one short one, which to me adds up to 11. But everywhere I search, i cannot find that code anywhere. The car is a 94 si with a b18c1 running a chipped p28 if that matters. Anyone know what that code means? It only comes on sometimes, but it is on a lotmore than it is off. Any idea's?

me and a few others all checked it, one long flash followed by one short flash. I can record it on video as no one seems to think this exists. I know after some researching there isnt a code for 11, but does it mean anything or why is it on?

i had a code 11 one time and was confused as hell because there is no such code. reset your ecu and check to see if it goes away. what was done to the car recently before the code came?

it was a stock single cam running the original p28, than when he got a swap, it came with a chipped p28 with a mugen chip in it. We put the stock ecu, non chipped in, tested the code and it was the o2 heater code. But when we put the chipped p28 back in, it still threw the 11 again.

sometimes those less expensive chips turn all bugged out and defective, i've seen and heard it plenty dozen times at least... i'd just say take out the chip and replace it with OEM or just buy one from Xenocron or something... That's where I got mine and have never had a problem...
