Some CEL codes are not listed in our FAQs because they apply to every car. Google a general CEL code 11 and you'll find a list with it on there.

Well I have good news and bad news.

I found the CEL code 11. Thats the good news.

Bad news is it means your ECU is bad, or at least your ECU thinks its bad. Try borrowing a new ECU and see what happens.

EDIT: I just watched your video, and I only saw codes 6, 19, and 21.

I don't see an 11 there. I see a 21 easily mistaken for an 11.

I see a 21, a 19, and a 6.

The reason it appears like you're getting an 11 is because you're not doing it right.

You're supposed to jump the connector first, then turn the key to the accII position. As soon as you turn the key it starts cycling through the CEL's that its throwing. It looks like you just hit it after the first 10 appeared.

The order goes as follows:
"11" >> 6 >> 19 >> 21 >> 6 >> 19 >> 21

The cycle repeats itself infinity, from lowest to highest.

The order is 6, 19, 21, and repeats twice - you caught it at the end of 21 at the beginning (which you thought was 11), then it repeated to 6, it wouldn't do that, it goes from lowest to highest and loops, every time.

There is no CEL 11 there.

Try putting the paperclip in the jumper then turning the ignition and I guarantee you'll get 6, 19, 21. The ECU works lowest to highest, not a random order.

I've never seen an OBD-I Honda throw a "general" code.

EDIT:
Ah, nvm, you just edited after I hit reply.
