Default Heavy oil blowback on Ls turbo.....is it normal?

I have 95ls turbo and my blowback on the valvecover is always covered in oil and is getting all over my intake manifold turning it a copper color from the oil....is it normal or is something wrong?

Blowby gas....Sounds like a broken ring land or broken ring top. Does smoke/oil puff from the breather valve on the valve cover?

Also, is your car hard to start up sometimes or sometimes it just stalls out while you cruise/brake to 0 mph?

there is no smoke it just has oil on the filter on the valve cover...car runs strong and doesnt smoke at all...couldnt it be the pcv valve on the intake manifold that regulates oil?

That happened to me 3 months ago. I know exactly what happened. IT is your head gasket. around one of your cylinders the ring of the head gasket couldn't take that boost that you were boosted and bamm you blew a head gasket like i did. BUt mine was worst. I had oil all over the hood engine bay, shooting out the pcv valve hole. I attached a hose around the air breather to stop the oil for shooting. THe next day i still went to the imstar racing event and came back home in 6th place.

Oh well.
