Default losing oil...Valve lash?

Could valve lash adjustment have anything to do with losing oil.
I'm pretty sure im burning it but IDK.

Do you have any smoke from the exhaust??check all around the engine for visible leaks/oil..follow to the highest point of it-thats where the leak will be

valve cover gasket, head gasket, and oil pan gasket. check those areas...lol
