Default Smoking problem

Ok my car was smoking a ton and oil was everywhere. No oil in IC pipes and turbo was not blown. I thought it was the head gasket and just changed that out. But the smoke is still coming from the valve cover if i have the oil cap off when the car had just been ran. Oil is not sparying everywhere yet cause i have not really reved high. car idles really low before and after i replaced the head gasket i put the timing on full retard cause i need to get a timing gun (and still idles low after head gasket changed, but could be because of timing) Help

it sounds like you need to change the valve cover if it was leaking from there
if your oil dipstick pops up under power ...and shoot out a lil oil ...that could cause that kinda smoke to

smoke is coming from the valve cover if i take off the oil cap after the car has been ran. and the oil seems like it was coming from the back on the throttle body side
