Hey im finishing up my turbo build on my GSR. I have a moroso Oil pan w/ the -10 AN fitting on the end of it. My question is when setting up my return line from my turbo will it be ok to go with a 90 Degree swivel fitting on this or will that angle be too restrictive on oil flow back to the pan. or would it be better to go w/ a 60, or 45 degree. LMK guys thanks
It's all going to depend on the placement of your turbo in relation to your oil pan. The key here is to have as much of a downward slope as possible. Look at your drain line, and imagine the most radical water slide that your craziest friend wouldn't go down. As long as you have a nice downward slope, it isn't going to matter if you put a straight fitting, a 45, or a 90. They'll all work the same, no matter what internet rumor suggests.
