MBC Adjustment help!!!
Alright, so before upgrading my downpipe, I was using the MBC and it was happily boosting to 8psi and would occasionally wander up around 9 but then back down to 8psi.
After installing a new downpipe I've now got a problem where it's building too much and is hitting my 10.5psi ECU cut.
I've never adjusted the MBC before, so I'm hoping someone can help me out on which screw to adjust. Here is a pic:

W is the hose going to the wastegate and I is the hose going to the inlet of the Turbo. It's an internally gated T3.
Should I be adjusting the screw with the black gasket sealer or the one with the red. Also which way??? (I tried loosening the one with the black, but it doesn't seem to be making any difference and I'd prefer not experimenting and do it right the first time).
Thanks for the assistance.

wow homemade bleeder screw mbc lol
andyways loosen both the bolts, or just get a decent turbosmart boost t atleast they are real cheap legit and work.
or if you like the homeade way put a t fitting inbetween there and then get a sprinkler valve atach another hose and adjust, another thing you can do is poke holes in your hose until it drops down. not a good idea poking holes since your turbo is going to make boost a little longer, probly not noticable but it will
