2000 gsr with 92,xxx miles, smokes alittle, ctr cams and skunk2 IM, I plan on running 8-10 lbs. Would i be safe if i put new rings to stop the smoking and a new headgasket to run that kind of setup? thanks in advanced

 

y dont u just slap it on and try boosting 5psi 1st then add 1lb and c how it go

 

thats how i did it with my crx ls-turbo its currently @ 12psi still going strong 4 da past year

 

compression then leakdown.
both good? let it eat.
