horror stories with eagle crank's.
I have heard some stories where these crankshafts hold the rod bearings when using it in high rpm aplicattion's.
is it true?
I ask this because i bought one eagle crank and I am afraid to use it.

Lots of guys on H-T run 92mm cranks with no problem and I know at least a few of them are Eagle. I wouldn't worry too much about it. Just make sure your machine shop balances your bottom end.

if you run into this kind of problem then you need to go to a different engine builder

Buy Mutitoyo Snap Guage or Inner Bore Dial Guage to measure Journals and a 2-3 Inch Micrometer
you need to measure your journals and bores to determine your bearing color there are no more honda codes when dealing with eagle cranks
if you never used these tools you might want to take your crank and block to a good machine shop and see how much they will charge you to measure and logg all your journals and bores
remember eagle rods for LS/b20's are #3' bore on the honda chart for b16's or b18c1-5 they are # 2 bore on the chart
pm me i will try to help as much as i can.
Dont be scared of horror storys they are 99% Builder error lol
dont hold me tt that ! haha
good luck
