Default y7 higher revs?

I'm building my sohc d16y7 for about 400whp. I'm going to be going with a fairly large turbo but I was wondering what all is needed to increase my rev limit. As far as the block goes, I'm going to be doing a vitara//eagle setup with some acl bearings and apr bolts. With the head, I'm not real sure what all I'll need. I was thinking upgraded valve springs and retainers, but not sure what else I really need. Also, would I need to upgrade my oil pump to achieve a higher redline? I'm looking to be around 8200 rpm revlimit so that I can use a bigger turbo. I did search but didn't find much. I put this in the all-motor forum because I had a feeling you guys would know more about this than the forced induction guys. Thanks in advance.
