Default Car not starting, cranking, priming pump or clicking relays. HELP!

I posted before, https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=2303519 , and i'm back at troubleshooting this to see if i can help my mom out. I'm just looking for recommendations on what i should do. My electrical skills suck.

*The Specifics*
[*]Just like the title says, my mom's car isn't starting. [*]It's not cranking, priming the fuel pump or clicking any relays *except* for the starter kill relay.[*]My stepdad was driving it and the ground cable for the battery came loose. There was sparking from the chassis-to-battery ground. [*]I have a hyper-grounding daisy chain system. I think jumped to my transmission and again to my thermostat housing[*]Before it stopped working he told me when he was driving it, the speedo and the tach were going crazy, jumping up and down and that the dash was lighting up and going off. He was able to drive the first 2 days but then the car wouldn't start anymore.
*What I've done so far*
[*]I tried to replace the Ignition switch that connects from the fuse box to the steering column.[*]I've replaced the Main relay[*]I've tried to use another battery terminal and ground cable and recharging the battery.[*]I've tried push starting but it's a no-go[*]I've disconnected the ecu just to see if it would crank and that's a no-go too.
I plan on checking the starter next. Where is the dizzy grounded to?

Is there a couple of electrical lines that anyone might recommend for me to check the voltage on?

ok, so today i go over there and try to get everything working again. I double checked ALL the fuses under the hood. I moved the battery and the main fuse box out of the way to get to the fuel pump relay and fuses ( wiring tuck ).

I unplugged the starter ground and replugged it and all of a sudden it works again. I have no idea what happened but the only thing I could think of is that some fuses/relays were loose.

Hopefully when i put everything back together it stays working.
