97 civic si canadian cluster problem
i have a si cluster in my coupe....the rpm everything works fine..but the kph keeps jumping....once in a while it start working properly then it would start jumping around agian...what can be the problem ??
Are you having any other electrical problems? The Canadian Si is the same as the US EX if I'm not mistaken, and you should have a VSS/ALT fuse in your under-dash fuse panel. If that fuse is blown, it can cause an erratic speedometer, as well as affect your alternator/electrical system. I would check that first and go from there.
yes it affect the electrical system. We just put a new alternator & it works fine but after like an hour the motor died! I think theres something wrong with the wirings, battery, fuse, or distributor..
i just got home from my buddys shop! finally.. its a freakin 7.5 fuse alternator sensor... we changed the fuse & it works fine..... also the cluster is good now..thanks inspyral
