Default Broken cluster

Hi every one.
I was driving my car yesterday on the freeway when I was looking at my speedometer it all of a sudden died, all the needles went to zero, and my blinkers did as well.

I thought it could be a blown fuse but I checked them all and even replaced one but that did not work.
I just pulled out the cluster and all the connections look fine.
Plz help?

ps.. I've also had the vss changed out about 2 years ago.
But I don't think its bad because my blinkers don't work either..

Do as Ryan says. Fuses may appear to be intact but they might now be. Multimeter will clarify this, make sure it's showing the same voltage on both posts. If not, replace as necessary.

Not sure on my paper its called the back-up light fuse and is a 10a fuse.
Thats the one that has burned out twice and caused my cluster and blinkers to not work.

How can I find the short?
