Default spark plug question for ls turbo guys

hey guys i'm running the bkr7es-11 in my car right now sometimes idle is a lil rough, i read an artical that was saying the v power plugs are better for turbo cause of better spark and idle smoother i would like and any input from you guys like the plugs ur running and what ones u had probelms with thanks

did you regap them or are you running them right out of the box?

re-gap them. try using .028" to start. it will also help while in boost

I'm running BKR7-E/BKR7E-11 gapped at .030". My idle is fine. I've also run the Race non-resistor plugs with no problems.

i threw in a new o2 sensor and soemplugs i'll see if that helps
