Default ** ITR Turbo Help **

Hey guys just went to get the car today and there was a fuel problem. The cars pulls like a beast up to about 7000rpms then starts to stutter. added fuel and threw a "too rich" code. Plugs are fine. any ideas on how to solve this? We were stumped. Anyone have this problem. I am running a 12:1 FMU and RC 310 injectors. Idle is fine. NEED HELP GUYS!!

My first impression of boost though sh*t! Boost Ownz me.. Love it.

With 310 injectors you will want to run an 8:1 fmu disk. it is way to rich. 12:1 is usually used with stock injectors. thats why it was throwing "to rich" to much fuel. just get an 8:1 disk and that should straighten it out

HTH

310's are way too small for Turbo R''s...go 450's at least.....

at 7000 rpms in a boosted R...hell yeah...know what your duty cycle is? I have 450's and I hit like 70% at 7000...I'd swap out the injectors before anything...it can't hurt right?

Did you get a code of 45? It looks like you are running too rich. Go down to at least 10:1 with the 310cc injectors. Remember MiraiZ, he isnt using a stand alone and the injectors will reach 100% duty cycle.

thanks for the replies guys. Ya the Injectors are fine. They were running too rich. I think the FMU is the problem. We are trying to work things out. We are trying to pull out fuel.
