So i'm installing these rc injectors and the big o-rings that came with it is a very tight sqeeze( getting it on the injector ). So after putting those o-rings on i cant seem to get it to go into the intake manifold. Because of forcing those o-rings onto
the injectors, the seals have been enlarged and now wont fit.
Any options or sugguestions?

I would try using the stock o-rings from the stock injectors but sold them awhile
back.

 

try oilin them up. Or go buy new stock ones.

 

Yeah, try some lube. I slather all my o-rings in moly lube before install

 

So the RC injectors have their own set of O rings on them to use. Im using the OEM ones, and have noticed that Gas smell I had when my last set of injector O rings were bad.(OEM Injectors then)

Are the RC Injector O Rings needed for it to stop smelling like gas?

 

The RC rings from what I've seen are identical to stock and they suck to squeeze an injector into. Thats just how it is unfortunately.
